Tour Colorado brings Colorado destinations, attractions, lodgers, and tourism-based service providers together through membership in one statewide marketing organization. Tour Colorado is positioned as the authority on Colorado for North American Tour Operators and Packaged Travel Planners.

Your Tour Colorado membership includes exciting and invaluable opportunities to help you grow your group travel business.

Representation at Industry Trade shows:

  • Representation from Tour Colorado

  • Information on qualified prospects is sent to members

  • Tour Colorado typically has pre-set appointments and speaking opportunities with tour operators and group leaders to promote Colorado and our members

  • Each industry trade show costs approximately $3,500 or more​

    • American Bus Association Marketplace (ABA)

    • National Tourism Association Travel Exchange (NTA)

    • Other conventions/shows that would be beneficial

    • Travel Industry Association of Colorado (TIAC)

      • Learn what is happening at the state’s government level regarding tourism

      • Talk directly with Colorado legislatures on the importance of tourism

Tour Colorado MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS:

  • Membership meetings held at member locations around the state

    • Allows members an opportunity to showcase their locations and businesses

  • Provides excellent opportunities to network and do business with other members

  • Learn about different aspects of the tourism industry from our exceptional guest speakers

    • In the past, we have had the key leaders from ABA, NTA, and SYTA (Student Youth Travel Association)

Tour Colorado Group Tour Planner:

  • Listing in our annual Group Tour Planner that is produced annually in July

  • Features articles that have been written with tour operators and group travel buyer markets in mind

  • Distributed to 20,000 subscribers of Group Tour magazine

  • Displayed at all trade shows, marketplaces, meetings and conferences that Tour Colorado and Greenspring Media  attend

  • Mailed to extensive mail marketing distribution lists

  • Promoted on Greenspring Media and Tour Colorado’s social media platforms

  • Digital downloadable version is available online

    • Additional properties or multiple businesses under one company name $100/location*

    • Vendor (media, consultants, other services) $450

*Example: Ace Destinations Hotels has 4 properties

Ace Destinations Hotel Home office is the primary Member $450

Lead privileges for 3 additional hotels $300

Total $750
