About Us:
Our railroad runs 64 miles of track from Antonito, CO to Chama, NM. Wind through amazing rock formations, around tall pinnacles spires, and pedestal rocks. Travel through the incredible Rock Tunnel, our second tunnel blasted out of the Precambrian Rocks, and on to Garfield Monument and Toltec Gorge's rocky sides. The train stops for lunch at Osier Train station. Then on to Cascade Trestle the 137-foot tall trestle. The ride includes a journey up Cumbres Pass. The highest mountain pass reached by rail in the United States. You will also be traveling with the friends of the railroad docents who share and describe the journey in detail.
